Jasper held out his arm with his elbow bent for Alice to take hold of. If it were possible, she looked even more beautiful than ever. As she whispered in his ear her request, he radiated the happiness that he was truly feeling. He did not have to reach inside his memories this time to produce some joyful waves; he was truly happy in this moment. He led Alice down the aisle behind Rosalie and Emmett, whose shoulders were so broad that all he could see was his brother. Violins played soft, ringing music, the gray skies were friendly and light, and he felt excitement bubbling from the foyer, where Bella stood.
Jasper unhooked his arm from Alice's as they parted toward the sides that were groom and bride. He stood next to Emmett, and looked out on the guests that sat in the white chairs he had helped to set up. ---Congratulations, Edward. If you knew how happy I was for you two, well, I guess you do but, I am just so glad that I got to see the both of you so overjoyed like this. Truly.--- he directed his thoughts to Edward.
The music stopped, and began once more but in different notes. He knew very soon his future sister would be walking down the aisle with her father. He made a mental note to be ready to calm down Charlie if needed. He felt a flutter in his heart, and he knew he was just as anxious as the rest of his familiy. It had been so long since there had been an addition to the Cullens, and who knew when the next one would be? Especially a human like Bella. Now Jasper felt as if it may in fact be possible to forgive himself for what he had almost done, for what he had wanted to do at one time. He knew that if Edward and Bella could survive all that they had, they would last for eternity. And Jasper knew eternity was a very long time.

He tried to look calm. Really he did. But even Edward had a threshold when it came to his control. Inside his emotions were raging so intensely he was almost certain that anyone looking would be able to see how tense he was, despite his efforts to appear collected. The problem was that it wasn't just one thing he was feeling. Nerves he could handle. But pair that with anticipation, excitement, impatience, overwhelming, incandescent happiness...well, that was a different story entirely. He was nearly dizzy with it all. And most of it had to do with the fact that he still--even now as he stood at the altar--could not believe for one moment that he was finally going to be wedded to the girl of his dreams. His soulmate. His Bella. Such a thing was surely too wonderful to be real. Too rewarding to be given to the likes of him. Edward knew that he did not, nor would he ever, deserve the woman who would soon be walking towards him down the aisle. But right now he wouldn't trade places with anyone. Not for the world.
Edward took in an unnecessary breath, hoping it would calm him somewhat. He hadn't anticipated this feeling of anxiety. This was the most important day of his immortal life so far. What if something were to go wrong? What if Bella was having second thoughts? What if he was being too selfish and this was all a mistake? But then he would stop, realizing that marrying Bella, the love of his life, was not a mistake.
Nothing had ever been more right.
The sound of music brought him away from his thoughts, and when Edward looked up it was to see Emmett leading Rosalie down the aisle. It was starting. A flood of anticipation filled him once more and he straightened, nodding slightly at the couple before receiving a pat on the back from Emmett that probably would have broken bones if he were human. Edward merely smiled and smoothly readjusted his suit.
Next were Jasper and Alice, and the sight of them caused Edward's smile to grow more pronounced, if only slightly. Alice was as graceful as ever though it was glaringly clear to Edward that she was nearly bursting with excitement at the moment. He didn't need to read her thoughts to be able to tell that. Jasper joined Emmett behind him and Edward felt a warmth pass over him as he listened to his brother's congratulations. He turned slightly and nodded with appreciation clear in his golden eyes. Overjoyed. Yes, he certainly was that. Edward couldn't remember a time he felt happier than he did in this moment, standing at the altar waiting for his future to come down the aisle.
If his heart still beat, it would be pounding a furious staccato against his ribs. His eyes were glued to the house, knowing he was only mere moments away from seeing her. Time seemed suspended somehow. He barely noticed he'd stopped breathing in his anticipation. The only thing he could think about now was Bella and how nothing else had ever mattered more to him than she.
And he was certain nothing else ever would.

The music he had dreaded walking toward his entire life as a father had begun. The band played the sinister sound with such harmonious delicacy that it tore at his heart. His arm was bent, as were his future son-in-laws with their siblings, and he knew there was no going back. Charlie mustered up all the strength he had in his withered bones to keep from grabbing hold of his daughter now covered in white, and taking her away where no one would ever find them, to keep himself from falling to his knees and begging her with all his might to remain un-wed. But a larger part of him still was fighting to simply keep himself from dying the moment he passeed her to Edward. That was when Charlie had an epiphany.
His anxious eyes saw the strange, golden orbs that filled his future son-in-laws. He saw him inhale deeply, and Charlie could almost swear he felt his nervousness. The father had always tried to avoid the glance of the Cullen boy since he had returned to his daughter; he couldn't bear the sight of him, standing in his perfect stance, all the happiness in his eyes when he would see Bella at the door to allow him into the house he had nearly barricaded her into. For the first time in a long time, he looked at Edward. He saw his composed face, but saw in those eerie golden eyes all the emotions that existed in the world floating about in one place. Charlie knew at that instance, that this was for real. Though Charlie had never been extroidinarily perceptive, he saw that this kid knew the responsibility, that he knew how to love, and how to finally stay put where he belonged. He belonged with Bella, he saw that now.
He wished so much he could tell Bella about his new feelings for the man that she loved, and that loved her back, but all he could say in the short amount of time they had left was, "I love you so much, Bella. I am so happy for you and Edward." It brought a lump to his throat, but also a smile to his face. Charlie begged to start walking down the aisle now, for fear he may collapse if he stayed put.
His wish was granted, and he began to lead her down the aisle. The angelic faces at the alter were brimmed with smiles; the first he saw was Alice. He inwardly chuckled as he noticed her hyperness, and wondered how a person so calm as Jasper could handle her, but now that Charlie thought about it, he did grow more serene as he approached the group...nah, he thought to himself, I am just being superstitious. Then the moment approached when he would hand off his little girl to Edward Cullen. Then, for a reason he did not understand, he thought to himself, take good care of her. His lips were silent, and yet, he had said all that was needed...

Bella sighed and gave a reassuring smile of gratitude towards Jasper. “Thank you both.” She said smiling now at Alice. Her brown eyes watched them cling to each other as they gracefully made their way down the aisle after Rosalie and Emmett. When they all got to their places Bella felt the effects of Jasper’s powers really sink in a smile appeared on her face like she had never worn there before.
"I love you so much, Bella. I am so happy for you and Edward." Charlie told her and then before she knew it was time. “Thank you.” Bella said and gave a reassuring smile to her dad then set her eyes forward…to her love.
When the music stopped and a different tune started to play, her heart started to hammer inside her. It was her turn, her time. Bella took one last deep breathe and stepped forward now out of the safe zone of the Cullen’s foyer and into their back yard where she now had to walk down the aisle. Bella gazed around at all the guests seated. She spotted Angela, Mike, Ben and even Jessica. Sitting on the other side she spotted Seth and Mrs. Clearwater. Her eyes then came over the seat that was supposed to have been filled by her best friend and werewolf, Jacob Black, but sadly it was empty. This fact didn’t bother Bella as she thought it would and she was thankful for that. Turning her eyes back to Seth she stared at the beaming smile on his face that she had to admit was contagious and almost made her totally forget about her previous thought.
She gazed at Carlisle and Esme sitting on the opposite side from René and soon Charlie. They couldn’t have looked happier for their son. Bella then found her mom and almost let the tears out, but willfully held them back. She needed to be strong; at least still she got to Edward. Edward. Her chocolate ovals gazed at him last, in his black tux with flowers that matched her bouquet that she was currently carrying.
Bella scrutinized his face and detected many emotions in her fiancé, well husband actually; well he would be in about thirty minute’s time. The smile on Bella’s composed face only became wider as she crept nearer and nearer to her love. Her Edward. Turning her brown ovals from Rosalie to Alice and from Emmett to Jasper, Bella didn’t detect and unhappy note in any of them. They all wore smiles, and looks of pure happiness. Even as she was approaching the aisle now, she couldn’t believe it was finally here. The day was finally here. She was getting bound to Edward; she was fulfilling her part of the deal and next would be his.
Bella was as elated as ever and didn’t think anything could bring her spirits down.
Once they reached the alter, Charlie and Bella both unscathed, she turned to her dad, tears now coming to her eyes and spilling over, but ever so lightly, thanks to Jasper. “Dad, it’s time.” She whispered to her father. “I love you.” She said now slipping her arm out of his and sliding her hands down to grasp his.

Charlie fought back his tears as he daughter took his hands. He remebered how tiny they used to be...he simply replied with a smile. The minister spoke, and he knew he had to pass Bella to Edward. Reluctantly, he complied. He kissed her on the cheek, and walked, ever so slowly, to his seat next to Renee, who was already showered in tears. When he knew Bella wasn't looking, he allowed that stubborn tear to seap through the creased corner of his aged eye.
He met eyes with his ex-wife, and smiled, then returned his gaze to the ceremony about to commence. Not a word was heard by this man, not a sound met his ears, and not a sight was allowed by his eyes as he saw Bella and Edward together. All he could do was sit and watch. Occasionally, he turned his attention toward his new family. Esme and Carlisle were sitting in all their grace, watching every movement. Alice was practically bouncing in her tiny shoes, the blonde he knew as Rosalie even wore a smile, though he saw a hint of sadness in her eyes. The large one, Emmett, was grinning boldly, and Jasper had a grin too large for his face, creating an almost goofy sort look, as if he had to hold in all the happiness given off by his family. Charlie was lost in the happiness in his daughter's eyes, and was for once happy about the marraige. As long as they weren't having kids anytime soon, he could be genuinely congratualtory after the ceremony ended.
Charlie remebered his own wedding very well; he remembered all the traditions and songs they danced to, and thought about Bella and Edward in their place. He then wondered if the boy who politely refused eating with them would eat the cake. Come to think of it, he never saw that kid eat; an eating disorder? Not with a doctor in the house. Was Bella's cooking not good enough for him? Charlie began a silent rant in his mind; he now accepted the marraige, but there were certain things about the cullen kid that he could not learn to accept. He could only hope the best for them, and do whatever it took to make them happy.

Bella gave her dad a peck on the cheek and watched him go. She watched as he turned and went to take his place in his seat next to Renee. Bella then turned her brown eyes to Edward. Her Edward, her soon to be husband. Lifting her dress she went to take her place next to him.
Bella grasped Alice’s cold hand for a brief second before taking Edward’s. She squeezed it and then took his other one in her own and squeezed that one too. She looked up at him, into his golden sparking orbs and smiled. “I love you; I have always loved you and will forever love you.” She whispered so that only his ears would catch it. After all of the words rolled off her tongue her gaze turned to the Minister who was ready to begin.
Bella did not let go of Edward’s hands, and felt like she was the happiest person alive.
(Sorry, its a little shorter)

Jasper watched as Bella took hold of his brother's hands. It was all he could bear to hold in all the emotions that came flooding at him. He had prepared himself before; weddings were always giant bubbles and happiness, sadness, jealousy, and even anger. He could simply walk past a certain park and detirmine if one was taking place, and generally avoided them. This time, however, it was even more powerful being that it was Bella and Edward. Happiness bubbled from Alice in immense proportions, as it did from Emmett, Rosalie, and most of the guests. Mixed emotions radiated from Charlie, first sadness, anger, then finally resting on joyfulness as well. He didn't have to be a mind reader to know what he was thinking. Edward's emotions constantly bounced between anxiousness and sheer joyfulness, as was Bella.
Jasper's senses were tearing him by the arms, constantly pulling him toward one direction or the other. It was times like this when he would knot his fingers in his hair, and he had to restrain himself from the habit. Nothing originating from him would ruin this day if he could help it. Suddenly, every feeling of nervousness or sadness evaporating into joy alone. The feeling made Jasper's silent heart flutter, someting that rarely happened from any other origin than Alice.
All the happiness swarmed around him, and he did all he could to supress a stupid smile from overtaking his face. Standing next to Emmett was no help, he was always happy. Suddenly, another random thought occured to him, and he could not hide his thoughts from Edward, though he was sure he would not be paying attention.---What is Edward going to do when the couple is supposed to feed each other cake? Is he simply going to say, no thanks, I'm watching my sugar? Is he going to have to crumple his face up at the taste?---the thought nearly broke Jasper into giggles. Instead, he focused on the events to come, and how Bella would adjust. Now he simply hoped that Edward wasn't paying attention; he did not want him to ask Bella to beat him up when she was a newborn.
Shifting his weight and concentrating on the seriousness of the day, he knew that this joy may not last as long as newlywed happiness usually would. Instead of fighting the feeling eminating from the crowd, he drank it in hastily. Who knew when the next time everyone would be this happy? Just when he was swollen with the emotion, he did the unthinkable. He released it. All the joy he had cooped up had swarmed back into the atmosphere. Jasper could only hope no one noticed....

The moment Bella finally came into view was a moment Edward knew would be imprinted in his memory for the rest of eternity. Nothing else existed when his eyes met hers, reveling in her breathtaking beauty and the brilliant smile that lit up her entire expression. He couldn't think. Wouldn't have been able to speak. Even the thoughts of those around him, always so present and impossible to be rid of, seemed to vanish, clearing his mind of everything except the vision of her. His silent heart swelled with so much love and joy that he feared it might burst, or perhaps somehow miraculously start beating once more as though the sight of Bella and her beauty held the power to bring him back to life.
His attention wavered from her only momentarily when she and Charlie finally reached him, watching as Bella kissed her father on the cheek. Edward met the man's eyes and reached out to shake his hand, giving a small, genuine smile of the utmost appreciation. He knew how hard this day was for him, giving his only daughter away to someone he didn't approve of. But Edward's gift was being able to see into the minds of others, and as Charlie handed Bella to him he knew that he'd finally accepted this. Edward nodded once. I'll take care of her, he seemed to say. And then Charlie was gone and Bella's soft hands were now in his. He looked at her, eyes filled with love and wonder, smiling in a way reserved only for her.
"You look..." he paused, almost as though he was at a loss for words. Edward, always so eloquent, always knowing exactly what to say, finally found he could not speak. There were no words in existence to fully describe how magnificent she appeared to him in that moment. He smiled again, softly, taking one of her hands and bringing it to his lips where he kissed it gently. "You are exquisite, Bella," he finally said, his velvet voice quiet and true. He returned her declaration of love with a whisper, squeezing her hands softly in his.
A joy filled him that was greater than anything he'd ever experienced. Whether it was all his own or partly Jasper's doing, he didn't know. All he knew was happiness and Bella. And that was really all he needed to. Even once everyone was ready and the Minister began to speak, all Edward could focus on was Bella and wonder how in the world he'd ever gotten so lucky...

When Edward kissed her softly, Bella’s heart almost melted and the tears she had been holding back spilled over once more, but these were not tears of sadness mind you, but they were of joy. Pure joy. That was all Bella could feel at the moment.
"You look..." he paused, almost as though he was at a loss for words. At Edward’s indeed loss for words, Bella put a warm finger to his lips and her chocolate brown eyes met his gold ones once more, but for a longer more meaningful moment this time. Although Bella did not say anything, she knew Edward knew exactly what she meant. Another moment of wordless communication passed through them before Bella removed her finger and placed it back into its rightful place in her love’s cold hand.
“You look dashing, and perfect like always.” She whispered so that only he could hear again, kissing him on the check. Words then came back to Edward as he said to her, "You are exquisite, Bella," Edward’s velvet voice quiet and true was like music to her ears. Bella’s mind was now foggy. She couldn’t think of anything else except for the person beside her. He had ‘dazzled’ her once again.
Listing to the minister Bella repeated after him the vows that they had practiced and come up with just only yesterday, but even so it felt like that was an eternity ago. She and Edward had decided to write their own vows to make it more meaningful, more official. Looking at no one but Edward Bella repeated the words she was instructed. Staring eloquently into his sparkling topaz eyes she said, “I, Isabella Swan take thee Edward Cullen to be my husband.” She paused then continued for this is the part she had to memorize and say herself, the part that came from the heart, her heart to his.
“Where there has been cold, you have brought warmth; where my life was dark, you have brought light. Edward, I pledge before this assembled company to be your (husband/wife) from this day forward. Let us make of our two lives, one life, and let us always honor and respect each other.” Bella paused took a deep breathe then continued trying to keep her voice calm.
“Edward, you have filled my world with meaning. You have made me so happy and more fulfilled as a person. Thank you for taking me as I am; loving me, and welcoming me into your heart. I promise to always love you, respect you as an individual, and to be faithful to you forever. Today I choose you to be my partner, and commit myself to you for the rest of my life.”
Grasping Edward’s hand even tighter Bella began the last part of their bind, of her bind to him. “What can I say to you that I haven’t already said, What can I give you that I haven’t already given, Is there anything of me that isn’t yours already, My body, my mind, my heart, even my soul, Everything that is me belonged to you long before this, And it shall be yours long after this, I will follow you anywhere and everywhere you lead, Hand in hand and heart in heart.” Finishing Bella brought his hand up to hers and kissed it tearfully and passionately.
Watching, she saw the minister turn to Edward and nod, signaling that it was his turn to express his love to her.
(OOC: That was so much fun and I give all the credit for the vows to-http://www.myweddingvows.com/~btw Edward, go there, they have some really good ones for your side! ;D)

Alice held back venemous tears of joy as Bella took Edward's hands. The minister began to speak, but all that she heard were birds chirping, and all she saw was her new sister and her brother holding hands, glistening in the sunlight. For once, she could not be sure if this was a vision or a figment of her imagination. All she knew was that this was right, that this was the way life was supposed to be.
Alice rarely felt the anxiety that Jasper felt, but only moments before the violinists' hands began to sway with their bows, she had foreseen Charlie committing many embarressing acts. She saw him charging down the aisle, grabbing Bella and whisking her away, she saw him begging desperately for her to stay, but finally, she eased when he planned to make sure the couple would be happy.
Suddenly, Alice caught sight of something from the other side of the alter. Her superhuman vision allowed her to see the grin Jasper was hiding. She knew instantly that he had to have been withholding all the happy emotions present, and knew he couldn't stand it. Alice willed herself to see the future. Flashes came before her eyes as she searched, however all she saw was Jasper laughing so hard he seemed drunk at the reception. She knew she would have to keep an eye on him.
As Bella and Edward were about to say their vows, all visions of a hysterical Jasper faded. Another smile crept up on her, but it was not the excited, toothy smile like before. This was a smile of contentment, for she knew that after almost a century of her brother wandering the planet alone, he finally had someone to call his, and finally would be able to release his guard and simply be with Bella without having to be her protector. The only sights she saw behind her eyes were visions of happy days, and the chocolate-eyed Bella beaming and looking up at Edward with golden eyes. This was the future that they deserved to have, the future that they fought for. Alice was glad that the days of terror and fatalities would soon be over, or so she hoped.
