I think everyone knows music groups and books that almost no one else ever knows. You know, those books and songs that you get so excited about when you find someone else who knows and loves them the way you do? Here's where to share those things. By answering this thread, you have to promise to listen to any music anyone posts or at least check out any mentioned books on Amazon to see if you think they sound worth reading. My personal favorite band ever is a group of four based in Virginia called Eddie from Ohio. They've been together for a good sixteen years now and I consider all four of them relatively good friends of mine. My dad is a very good friend of the band, so I get to see them a lot and we get free CDs. Their genre is technically Folk/Americana. Here's some of my favorite songs from them. the book Goodbye tomorrow it is really a good book, it is all about a boy who acquired AIDS through blood transfusion it is very touching because when he got sick, he realized he had a few real friends who stood by him when other people stayed away from him because of his health condition.. i really find this book very interesting.
